ALMA Remote Mining Experiment (ARTEMIX)

Artemix is a web service which aim is to help data mining in radio-astronomy observations. It is presently focussed on the ALMA scientific archive. It provides (i) a search engine (ii) a frequency coverage plotting tool which displays the observed species and uses the VAMDC portal with dedicated filters (Local, JPL, CDMS database) (iii) a Quick Look Viewer of the ALMA science data products (FITS file), which is optimized to display and navigate on-line large images and cubes (5000 x 5000 or even more). The viewer can be imported in a standalone version via Docker to remotely display 3D and 2D data from a given directory. Interoperability with tools like Aladin or Cassis have been included. The latest version of artemix is online on http://artemix.obspm.fr.
