All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the ADASS2019 Congress Secretariat in written form at any stage prior to or during the event. E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Fees will be refunded after the conference (EUR), according to the following policy for cancellations received:
– Before September 18, 23:59 CEST: full refund with approximately 10% bank charges deducted.
– After September 18, 23:59 CEST: no refund can be made.
Substitutions can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the Congress Secretariat in written form.
Refunds requested after the cancellation deadline that are due to visa issues shall be considered on a case by case basis.
