All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the ADASS2019 Congress Secretariat in written form at any stage prior to or during the event. E-mail: fin@adass2019.nl

Fees will be refunded after the conference (EUR), according to the following policy for cancellations received:
– Before September 18, 23:59 CEST: full refund with approximately 10% bank charges deducted.
– After September 18, 23:59 CEST: no refund can be made.
Substitutions can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the Congress Secretariat in written form.
